No. Only a select amount of our small animal products and equipment are available to purchase online. This is because many of the products we offer locally are difficult to ship (liquids, pesticides, heavy items, etc). Often, better pricing is available by working with one of our VPSI Sales Reps or by visiting one of our storefront locations.

We use the shipping method that you select at checkout. Cold packs are included with vaccine orders at no extra charge. However, we strongly suggest selecting NEXT DAY shipping for vaccines. When selecting GROUND SHIPPING or even SECOND DAY SHIPPING, vaccines could arrive warm, especially in the warmer summer months. Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be sure you are selecting the shipping option that you are comfortable with.

Vaccines are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent them from sitting in shipping facilities over the weekend. If your order is placed after 2 pm on Wednesday then regardless of shipping option selected the vaccines will not be shipped until the following Monday to ensure the greatest chance of them arriving cold.

Items primarily ship from our main warehouse in Goshen, IN. If our main warehouse does not have a particular item in stock, then it may ship from one of our other warehouses (Huntingburg, Mentone, etc).

Carrier calculated shipping is provided by UPS. Transit times may vary, please use as a guideline only.

Shipping days are Monday through Thursday only, and Monday through Wednesday for vaccines. For same day shipping, orders must be received by 2 pm on Monday - Thursday. Orders are not shipped on Friday to prevent cold ship items from sitting in shipping facilities on Sundays. Our store at 120 S. Greene Rd, Goshen, IN, 46526 is still open on Fridays for local purchases and pickup.

Yes, but most products available through our website are small and do not require freight shipping. However, if you are looking to place a bulk order it may exceed 150 lbs. In this case, freight shipping will need to be arranged through our Goshen office. Call us at 574-534-2626 to place an order that requires freight shipping.

We can ship orders to all states in the U.S except for Hawaii, Alaska, California, and New York, due to shipping and drug restrictions in certain states. Drug restrictions change often. If you have ordered an item that can no longer be shipped to your state you will be notified via phone or email and a refund will be issued. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Yes! We have multiple warehouses and storefront locations throughout the Midwest. Additionally, our VPSI Sales Reps can deliver products outside of our physical locations. See our locations page for details.

We do! Our storefronts are available for walk-in customers. Anyone is welcome to shop at our store locations, including those that do not work with a VPSI Sales Rep. We have storefronts at the following locations:

We are able to fill prescriptions for your animals through our VPSI Pharmacy in Goshen, IN. However, this is a closed door pharmacy and you do not have to visit the location in person to pick up your prescriptions. Prescriptions can either be shipped directly to you or delivered by your VPSI Sales Rep.
